2. Products & Customisation

  • All our products are handcrafted, so slight variations in design, color, or size may occur.

  • For customized products, customers must share accurate details (photos, text, preferences) via email or WhatsApp.

  • Once customization is approved, changes cannot be made.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹).

  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Payments must be completed before order processing (unless partial COD is available).

4. Order Confirmation

  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation via email/WhatsApp.

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment verification.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Delivery timelines vary based on location (typically 5–10 working days).

  • ShellKrafts is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, returns are not accepted.

  • Refunds/replacements are only applicable in case of:

    • Damaged product

    • Wrong item received

  • Customers must share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including images, designs, logos, and text is the property of ShellKrafts and cannot be used without permission.

9. User Responsibilities

  • You agree not to use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • Any misuse may result in termination of service.
