You can return items only in condition when it received damage to your doorstep
- For proof of damage, we will require a unboxing video.

3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Once your return is approved, ship the item back to us in its original packaging. Please include your proof of purchase inside the package.

4. Refund Process

5. Late or Missing Refunds
